To watch two people dance, the patience of one
is required. Don't judge a person until
you have walked the same river twice. Great anger
licks your neck. Don't bargain for fish, make friends
with the crocodile. The pain is sometimes still
in the water out in the midday sun. Two moons
in any man's moccasins qualifies you
as old school. Better to sit in a crooked river
than stand in a straight road. When the devil leaves
a lot of people act like saints. There's nothing so
eloquent as children in a graveyard.
Nothing takes patience like stamping out weeds.
Words without lips are arrows without a bow.
Guardian of milk, glare and growl and bark.
