1000 Films To See Before You Die...?

The Guardian has compiled the list. But any claim to usefulness, which such a comprehensive list should have, is undermined by the inclusion of such wonders as Dumb & Dumber and Pumping Iron over, you know, mindless fare like Dead Man and Henry Fool. And no way is Sleepy Hollow, or even Silence of the Lambs, more "essential" than The Straight Story.
