Proverbs of Heck (24)

The soul of a two year old flies like an arrow.
Make a mistake and the mice inside the walls
will laugh. Even monkeys fall from the sky.
What is past is worth a thousand gold pieces.
A frog in a well does Buddha very well.
The clever hawk is a flower. If you don't
enter the tiger's den, it will be your master.
Pride is a blessing on the back of an ass.
The nail that sticks out might as well dance.
The pebble in the brook is always the stronger.
Silence surpasses the winds, the waves, and chance.
Wisdom and virtue get drunk and fight; take up
your hat and wish them good night. The tongue is
an unskilled physician. The mouth is a door in the wind.
